Bike 1 : Royalty Purple

The Base Coat is a custom blend of Leguna Seca Blue (ties into my love for BMW's) and Bright Red to create an amazing Maroon shade. Topped off with some Purple Pearl really makes the purple tones pop!

Bike 2 : Dolla Bill Green

The Base Coat is a custom mix of Laguna Seca Blue and Metallic Gold. This combination made one of the sickest shades of Army Green I have ever seen. Top off the base coat with some Gold and Green Pearl really adds the money to this color. Giving you some Dolla Bill Green!

Brian Fox - Monster Army Athelete of the Week

Brian Fox - Monster Army Athelete of the Week

The best way of describing Brian Fox is that he's a true showman when it comes to BMX. Not only is Brian ridiculously talented on his bike with an arsenal of crowd pleasing bangers ranging from 1080s and double backflips,  but he also has the ability to get the crowd hyped and have them leaving with a smile. Whether it's just his charismatic interaction with the crowed or backflipping off of a ramp into a lake after his run he always keeps the crowed coming back for more. We recently caught up with Brian to see how his year has been going and here's what he had to say in this week's Monster Army Athlete of the Week!

FISE World Series

FISE World Series

FISE, Festival International des Sports Extrêmes, gathers the best international athletes to compete and showcase their talents in the city of Montpellier, France. This 19 year tradition attracts hundreds of thousands of people to meet in the heart of Montpellier to experience the FISE vibe.

Brian Fox and Jack Straiton had the pleasure to experience FISE together for the first time. Having never left the country to compete, this would be a trip to remember regardless of the outcome. Opening FISE with the BMX Spine Competition the both of them fit right in with the riders that they currently look up too and have for many years. Seeing these guys ride side by side with the best in the world was unbelievable.

After a couple delays due to rain, the much anticipated BMX Park competition was finally underway. This competition was swamped with 130 of the best riders in the world. Jack dropped in and headed straight for the box jump where he threw a 360 whip to bar spin to set the tempo. Back flip to front flip fakie followed and a front flip tuck no hander ended the run for Jack. He was so pumped after his run that he had to take a step back and give thanks to the crowd for all of the support. Brian then put his run together, a run that positioned him in 8th place, punching his ticket into the finals.

In the finals, Brian ran two flawless runs landing a spot in 3rd place after half of the riders have competed, but it was not over yet. Brian stole the show when he attempted a world's first 1440 in the best trick competition. He was unable to land the trick but he definitely made a name for himself at FISE. This event is all about the riders and entertaining the fans and the Finals did just that! FISE was a huge success and we could not be more proud of Jack and Brian! Great job guys, and as for FISE, we will be seeing you next year!

FL-BMX Series Finale

The end of the FL-BMX series has come and the feeling is bitter sweet. This season was filled with so many great memories that will be forever engraved in the history of Legit. The finale at OSP was by far the best contest Legit has ever attended and marked the first time four Legit riders competed in the same contest against each other. It started with JR Hobbs setting the tempo with a Whip Drop In to kick off the first heat, followed by Jack Straiton throwing a 360 Whip to Bar Spin on his first hit to kick it up a notch. Shane Davis added some California flavor to his run with a clean 180 Bar Bar Back over the spine as well as what I believe to be the first attempt at a Flair Drop In in the history of the FL-BMX Series. Brian Fox then finished it up with a flawless run which included boosting big airs and huge Flairs.

In the Awards ceremony after the contest, Brian Fox was awarded the Crown for the OSP Finale and also took 1st place in the Overall Series Standings. Jack Straiton stacked up enough points with his run to lock up the 2nd place position in the Overall Standings. Congrats boys, we could not be more proud of you!

This series has been filled with so many accolades and accomplishments that will run with Legit forever! The addition of Brian Fox, The 1-2 overall finish by Brian and Jack, and the introduction of Shane Davis to the FL-BMX Contest Series has given Legit a heavy hitting identity. All in all we are so proud of each of you and are so stoked to uncover what the future holds. Congrats dudes, its an honor to have each of you part of the team and to be able to call you family #legitfamily.

Monster Recon Tour Stop 1 : Premises Park

Monster Recon Tour has kicked off with the first stop at Premises Park in Tuscon, Arizona and the results are not much of a surprise. Jack Straiton went to Arizona on a mission and that mission was to bring home the crown. Well Jack did just that! You can see the results to the first stop HERE and you can view a video recap of the event on VitalBMX

When the rain had passed, the storm had really just begun. It was another successful stop for the team as Brian Fox took his third 1st place finish in four stops of the FL-BMX Contest Series. He uncorked a 540 flair which you can see on our Facebook and Instagram page. Jack Straiton was caught throwing some absolute bangers, one of which you can see below. Crazy to think that flair whips are becoming a common trick for Jack. The Stop 4 Results from COA can be seen right here.

Euro Tripper / Sarasota Results

Photos By : Kyle Noble

This past weekend was one of the best for Legit and it started with Euro Tripper early Saturday morning. By far the biggest event Legit has ever been a part of. Thank you so much to those that made this possible! Then came the third stop in the Florida BMX Skatepark Series which was filled with some of the best runs we have seen to date. Congrats to Brian Fox for grabbing 3rd in pro and placing on the podium for the third consecutive contest. Jack Straiton threw down some bangers leaving people amazed and Joseph Hobbs had two solid runs in his first competition since his knee surgery. Great job boys! Bring on Coa!
